Good Friday Service

New Sermon Series
Sunday, April 5
We are kicking off a new sermon series this Sunday, April 5! Pastor Jack Glupker will lead us through a study of the book of Acts, getting "back to basics" and focusing on the key dynamics that were taking place in the early church. This series will run from April-May. We look forward to digging into Acts together!

Secret Sisters
Sunday, April 5
Attention, ladies and girls 16 and above! We would like to start Secret Sisters up again this year in April. This is meant to be a ministry of encouragement and friendship for the ladies of Immanuel. It will run from April through December and there will be a "get together" at the end to reveal who your Secret Sister has been. You can sign up online (click here), or with the paper forms at the Info Center, along with a basket to return them in. Join us in this ministry of caring and encouragement. Please sign up by this Sunday, April 5th.

Awana Verse-A-Thon
Sunday, April 12
We have an opportunity for you all to be a blessing to our Awana students, as well as Awana students being reached in Africa! We are hosting a verse-a-thon on Sunday, April 12 at 5:00pm during Awana. Students will memorize a number of Bible verses, and find sponsors to financially support them per verse that they memorize. These funds will go towards The Africa Child & School Initiative run by the Awana program.
We are looking for about 5-10 volunteers to listen to kids recite their verses! Please click here if you are interested. Please also be on the lookout for students wearing their Awana uniforms on the morning of April 12- they will be looking for sponsors to support them!

Please join us Sunday, April 12 at 10:45am for a 6-week adult class: Christian Worldview, Apologetics, and the Gospel. The class will look at how to use our worldview to have an apologetic to further share the Gospel. Led by Tom Peck, this class will meet in Room 7.

Mother Daughter Tea

Ladies, join us for a Mother Daughter Tea/Luncheon on Saturday, May 2nd from 11:00am-1:00pm! Jocelyn Kakkuri from Five Point Community Church will be our speaker, and the theme this year is "Bloom in Him." You may say "Oh, I'm not a mother", or "I don't have a daughter." Just remember, we are not all mothers but we are all daughters! We would like to see you all there. We are looking for gals who might want to host a table and set it with their tea sets or plates. Barakel Co-Labor Challenge

Join us for the Co-Labor Challenge at one of our favorite places- Camp Barakel! The co-labor challenge is a weekend for families (with children able to work) and adults to help prepare buildings and grounds for the spring and summer camping seasons.

IBC Classics Scavenger Hunt

If you accept this assignment, we will assemble at the church at 10:00am for instructions and car/team assignments. We will depart for our destination as soon as we are teamed up and understand all the rules. Lunch to follow at Baldwin's Smoke House in Saginaw.

Members, please plan to join us for our First Quarter Member Meeting on Wednesday, April 29. A meal will be served at 6:00pm and the meeting will begin at 7:00pm. Reports will be sent to members two weeks prior to the meeting. Childcare will be provided for children up to 3 years old. Parents, all children over the age of 3 should remain with you during the duration of the meeting.
